Recruit retailers for Beauty POS. Ensure the integration of the new retailers and setup the regular data flow of each retailer. Develop services and sales to retailers
Recruitment of BU Retailers :
Apply the recruitment plan developed by the European BU head and the European Retail Manager.
Organise visits to retailers
Ensure a regular follow up with them at different levels of responsibility: MD, marketing managers, sales. Sign contract with retailers
Responsible of the integration of new retailers in POS
Get compliant data from the retailers.
Provide monthly information on the progress with retailers and realistic milestones.
Interact with Data Operations and make sure the data are compliant
Coordinate recruitment and methods with the European Beauty Manager, the Manager Retail Beauty Europe and the European Retail Manager.
Business development : build-up partnership with retailers through servicing
Take the responsibility of the retailers as key partners
Analysis to answer to the clients requests
Develop additional services and sales to retailers Analysis and presentation
Sales Background
Master in Economy or Science degree
At least 6 years experience in a market research company.
Proven track records in this field
Good selling skills
Strong knowledge of retailers system and data warehouse is a plus
Knowledge of the Beauty market
Team oriented:
Strong capability to work and interface with client service team; working in the UK office and interacting with European Beauty teams and UK team on a day to day basis
Open-minded and flexible
Methodology:
Good knowledge of retailers organization and tools used by retailers: category management, merchandising, …..
Software Tools:
Excellent level in access, data transmission.
