Surrey Jobs – HR/Payroll Software Trainer

The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, delivery and administration of instructor-led software and payroll legislation training at Client sites throughout the UK.
PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING KNOWLEDGE/ EXPERIENCE:
Knowledge of HR and payroll, and both payroll and HR software applications.
Knowledge and use of report writing software is an advantage.
Knowledge of Windows operating systems.
Proficient in MS Office desktop applications.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Delivery of instructor-led training at both training suites and Client sites on company software and payroll legislation.
Design, development and maintenance of training material to meet business objectives.
Management of the facilities in the training room,
Ensure that training platforms exist for the rapidly changing technical curricula.
Evaluation of training provided through course evaluation sheets
Maintaining personal proficiency in both current and new product rollouts.
Ensure both payroll and HR legislation knowledge is kept up to date.
Course administration and billing using HRIS and training database.
PLEASE NOTE:
The jobholder will frequently be required to travel to client locations throughout the UK, and may occasionally be expected to stay overnight where relevant.
The Client Training Department is accredited by the IITT, (Institute of IT Training). Assistance will be given to undertake the TAP (Trainer Assessment Programme) which will provide a recognised trainer qualification.
