Pumpkin Stencils
Halloween is almost upon us again. Halloween is full of traditions, such as sweet collecting around the local area, having a decorated pumpkin outside your door.
I’m not quite sure when the egg throwing and defacing peoples property came in, and that has dampened the spirits a little, but when you see the little ones make an effort and get their chocolate reward, it makes it all worthwhile.
It’s great to see so many households make the effort to decorate their gardens and doorways. It brings the fun back in to it all.
If you’re like me, your pumpkins always look the same – scary eyes, a big mouth with plenty of teeth, and a triangle nose. Not very scary or inspiring. I did a quick Google search for “punpkin stencils”, not exactly expecting to find any, but found quite a few. You can print them off, stick them to your pumpkin and draw around them. Even the non artistic parents can have a go and (hopefully) create some great looking pumpkins this year. I’ll be looking out for them!
