Adrian’s approach is warm, friendly and caring coupled with a positive attitude and drive for life. His time is divided between his Dorking sports & remedial treatment room and the busy corporate world of on-site chair massage. He trained at the London School of Sports Massage.
His work involves the management, manipulation and rehabilitation of soft tissues of the body i.e. treating both deep and superficial muscles, ligaments, tendons and fascia; working with common dysfunctions such as an injury, overuse syndromes, tired or weak muscles and postural problems covering both sport and remedial aspects of his work.
Common pain and discomfort can be often linked with our daily lives. The stresses of everyday life impact on us mechanically, chemically and emotionally causing postural and structural dysfunction.
Everyday injuries, aches and pains occur at work, home or in pursuit of sport. More people are now becoming increasingly aware of the specialised skill of the sports and remedial massage therapist in helping to reduce & alleviate such pain and discomfort.
